Grievance Committee: Responds to resident concerns and works with the HSA's legal team to file grievances when appropriate.

Representative: Attends Housestaff Council meetings and represents the interests of the housestaff members within their respective specialty.

Negotiations Committee: Works with the HSA's legal team to negotiate the union's collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Education Committee: Represents housestaff interests at the monthly Graduate Medical Education Committee meeting held by the GME office and reports back to the Housestaff Council on current issues.
